Israel has once again decreased the fishing limit off the Gaza shore amid an increase in naval attacks against Palestinian fishermen. The move came after an alleged launch of incendiary balloons and kites from the blockaded enclave towards the occupied territories. Under the so-called Oslo Peace Accords signed in 1993, the Israeli regime is obligated to allow fishing up to 20 nautical miles off the coast of the Gaza Strip, but this has never been implemented.
