US President Donald Trump has handed a setback to his South Korean counterpart Moon Jae-in, indicating that the US will oppose the reopening of inter-Korean projects and maintain sanctions against North Korea. The Trump – Moon summit comes as the South Korean president seeks to employ his Peace Initiative and create a stable peace on the Korean Peninsula. Press TV correspondent Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
