North Korea defiant in face of US-led sanctions

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has called on the country to bolster self-reliance. He has also threatened a serious blow to those that seek to bring it down with sanctions. The comments come as South Korean President Moon Jae-in meets with U.S. President Donald Trump and seeks some negotiating room in his role as a mediator between Washington and Pyongyang.
