Syrian pres. 'to be invited' to EU-Arab League summit

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad will be invited to a summit of European Union and Arab nation leaders due to take place later this month in Egypt. This was confirmed at a meeting of foreign ministers from both blocs in Brussels. Jerome Hughes reports.
