High-ranking officials from Russia, Iran and Turkey which act as guarantors of an all-Syria ceasefire, hold consultations in Moscow. The two-day meeting comes amid efforts to find a political solution to the crisis in the war-ravaged country. Our correspondent Marina Kortonova reports from Moscow.
