The Special Tribunal for Lebanon tried four people in absentia over their alleged role in the 2005 bombing that killed former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. Lebanon’s resistance movement, Hezbollah, however, says it does not accept any verdict issued by the tribunal.
