Palestinians say UN proposals to protect them not enough

The United Nations on Friday offered four options for protecting civilians in Palestinian territories. The options were put forward following a request by the UN General Assembly and in the wake of the rising number of Palestinians killed by the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip.
