Human rights activists in the United Kingdom are concerned that the admittance to London of prominent Bahrani cleric, Sheikh Isa Qassim might be cover for his eventual permanent expulsion from the Kingdom by the regime. The 82-year sheikh had been under house arrest for over two years and suffered a litany of health issues attributed to his imprisonment. Activists are worried that the spiritual leader of the Al-Wefaq movement has been granted limited travel documents that may limit his ability to return to his homeland.
