Inter-Korean summit brings promise of peace

The leaders of North and South Korea have held the first inter-Korean summit since 2007 with promises to develop a lasting peace. The two leaders agreed to initiate a number of measures to reduce tensions, vowing to work toward the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. Press TV correspondent Frank Smith reports.
