Turkish President renews call on Iraqi to act on militants of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, the PKK who are operating in border areas. Recep Tayyip Erdogan says Ankara may intervene itself in case Baghdad refuses to push away the Kurdish forces. The call has once again raised worries about a similar operation which is now ongoing in northern Syria and is condemned for violating Syrian’s sovereignty.
