Defying critics and taking to twitter to say "trade wars are easy to win," US President Donald Trump slapped a 25 percent levy on steel and a 10 percent tariff on aluminium, with the exception of Mexico and Canada. The economic effects were immediately seen both at home and abroad, even among US allies. Press TV correspondent Susan Modaress has the story.
