US Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, has said Washington would be willing to meet for talks with North Korea without preconditions. His comment represents a significant shift in the US policy of dialog over sanctions and pressure. Also, South Korean President, Moon Jae-in, has described his country’s cooperation with China as critical to resolve the North Korea issue ahead of his visit to Beijing.
