EU's tax haven blacklist branded a whitewash

EU finance ministers sign off on a blacklist of 17 countries and territories they say are tax havens. The move has been made in response to the so-called Paradise Papers which were leaked to the media in November. However, campaigners describe the list as a whitewash because the world's biggest tax havens have been left out.
