A UN tribunal on Wednesday gave the former Bosnian Serb commander Ratko Mladic a life sentence on charges of war crimes and genocide.
Mladic’s sentence was largely related to his role in the notorious Srebrenica in 1995 in which over 8,000 Muslims were killed.
