Puigdemont seeking guarantee as condition for return to Spain

Ousted Catalan President Carles Puigdemont says he is not seeking political asylum in Belgium. Puigdemont, who fled to Brussels along with 7 members of his cabinet, has met with lawyers to study his defense against charges of sedition, rebellion, and embezzlement that Spain's prosecutor general had pushed against him.
