Sirens and alarms heard in Hokkaido after North Korea’s missile fire

People in Japan's northern prefecture of Hokkaido were alerted with an emergency siren on Tuesday (August 29) morning, after North Korea fired a missile.

A video of the warning and announcement was recorded by a Twitter user, saying that the warning was made around 6am local time (2100GMT). The announcement read that North Korea had launched a missile that may hit areas within Hokkaido.
