Miscalculation, Trump’s actions may cause Korea war: Pundit

There are concerns about “actions” of US President Donald Trump, because the chief executive is “unstable” and a possible miscalculation could trigger a conflict between America and North Korea, says a commentator.

While it is unlikely that “it would be a military conflict between America and North Korea, of course a miscalculation on either side could produce that sort of conflict,” Marcus Papadopoulos told Press TV on Wednesday.

“Mr. Trump has said that he will respond to North Korea in a way the world has never seen before,” the editor of Politics First said.

Trump is completely ignorant of history, Papadopoulos said, warning that military drills of the Americans and their allies around North Korea were “very provocative, very dangerous.”

On Tuesday, North Korea said it is "carefully examining" a plan to strike the American Pacific territory of Guam with missiles, after President Trump threatened to hit the country “with fire and fury.”
