Highly divisive Brexit talks resume in Brussels focusing mainly on citizens' rights and the bill Britain must pay the EU for leaving. The current round of talks will conclude on Thursday at which point a clearer picture will emerge as two whether both sides are able to see eye to eye. Jerome Hughes reports.
