The United States is the state that has created the current situation in the region and it tries to pave the way for terrorist organizations to grow in Iraq and Syria, says an analyst.

“They (American officials) are trying to bleed out the population, they want them to hurt as much as possible and they want it to be a hotbed for more terrorism,” Robert Inlakesh told Press TV on Thursday.

“It is part of a plot to destroy and cripple the country (Iraq). They (Americans) want the country in the worst possible state, they target children and they use chemical weapons in specific in urban areas, which is against international law,” Inlakesh said.

Robert Inlakesh is a researcher and political analyst from Sydney.
