North Korea’s envoy to the United Nations has warned that US actions can cause a nuclear war to break out at any moment. His comments followed the remarks of US Vice President Mike Pence who has said Washington’s policy of strategic patience is over. Tensions have been on the rise with Washington trying to increase pressure on Pyongyang over its nuclear program.
