Tillerson visits Russia as tensions spike over US strike on Syria

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson’s visit to Russia comes less than a week after US missile strikes in Syria. The strikes have further raised tensions between the two countries. Moscow says the strikes were illegal but the US has threatened Russia and Syria with more sanctions.
