The European Parliament has approved a measure which seeks to ease travel rules for Ukraine. The new law will enable Ukrainian citizens holding bio-metric passports to travel to the Schengen area without visas. However, before coming into force, the measure still needs the approval of EU member states. Lena Savchuk reports from the Ukrainian capital.
