A fundraising conference for Syria bringing together 70 countries and organizations in Brussels has been overshadowed by Tuesday's suspected chemical attack in Syria’s Idlib province. Despite lack of any evidence, many delegates at the Brussels event claimed the attack was carried out by President Bashar al-Assad's forces. The Syrian army vehemently denies any involvement in the incident.
