Report: Eastern Ukraine conflict affect civilians' basic rights

The situation in eastern Ukraine remains challenging to thousands of people living there. According to a fresh report by the United Nations' mission in Ukraine, sporadic fighting continues to leave a devastating impact especially on those living along the contact line.
