UN accuses Turkey of serious rights violations

Turkey is accused of serious rights violations in Kurdish regions in the country’s southeast.

The United Nations has accused Turkish Security Forces of committing Human Rights violations in Kurdish regions in the country’s southeast. According to a new report released by the world body, 2000 people have been killed and up to 500,000 have been displaced amid security operations carried out by Turkish Security forces over the past two years. Our correspondent Rahshan Saglam has more from Istanbul.
