ECO Summit set to kick off in Pakistan's capital

The 13th summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization, ECO is set to begin within hours in the Pakistani capital Islamabad. Foreign ministers and top officials from the 10-member bloc have already held meetings to prepare the agenda for the summit.
