British parliamentarians are debating a bill that would trigger the start of the Brexit talks. A Supreme Court ruling last week made it obligatory for the government to seek consent from Parliament to set Article 50 in motion. Ministers are hoping the bill is quickly pushed through but that seems to be an overoptimistic view as a number of pro-Remain MPs look to slow down the process.
