ATMs, banks run out of cash in Venezuela

Another economic problem has loomed in the skies of the Latin American nation of Venezuela as cash machines and banks run out of 100-bolivar-banknotes. And the reason? Because the government wants to tackle a clandestine smuggling scheme. From Caracas, Press TV’s correspondent Jesus Silva explains about the problem and the government’s response to it.
