Twin bomb blasts hit Istanbul

Twin bomb blasts have rocked the Turkish city of Istanbul. They have left nearly 40 people dead and more than 150 others wounded. There's been no immediate claim of responsibility. Prime minister Binali Yildirim has blamed the attack on PKK militants. Over a dozen people have been arrested in connection with the blasts.
