Hammond’s debut budget fails to calm post-Brexit fears

Britain's Finance Minister Philip Hammond has warned of a slowdown in growth forecasts and more reliance on borrowing in the wake of the Brexit vote. Opposition figures have called it ‘good news for the rich’ and a ‘blow’ to those just about managing.
