The Nobel Museum in Stockholm is preparing itself to announce the winners of this year’s Nobel prizes.
The museum has placed six screens with question marks on display which will be soon filled by the names of the 2016 Nobel prize laureates.
The Nobel awarding committees will start announcing the winners of the prize in different fields of medicine, physics, chemistry, peace, economic sciences and literature.
The nearly one-million-dollar award has been the ultimate recognition for scientists, writers and peace activists for more than a century.
The Nobel Museum in Stockholm presents a timeline of the history of awards and items donated by the winners among other exhibitions.
