Turkey's military made its incursion into Syria last month to allegedly push Daesh and Syrian Kurdish militants away from its border. The Turkish forces have remained on the ground in Syria and are moving southward claiming they want to clear terrorists along the entire stretch of the border with Syria. Some observers argue that Ankara has no plan to withdraw its troops despite angry reaction from Syria.
