Russia: Ukraine trying to sabotage Minsk agreement

Russian President Vladimir Putin says his country is not planning to cut ties with Ukraine. The Russian president has however accused Kiev of trying to sabotage the Minsk accord that was signed in 2014. Putin has made the comments during a visit to Crimea. His remarks come amid rising tensions between Moscow and Kiev over the deteriorating situation in eastern Ukraine. Press TV correspondent Lena Savchuk reports.
