France and terrorism

France has declared itself “at war” since November 13, 2015. On that fateful day, terrorist attacks in Paris killed 130 people. In 18 months, France has been a major target.

It also claims to be the second biggest contributor to the US-led airstrikes against Daesh in Iraq and Syria.

Is France doing enough to protect the public against terrorist attacks, and will the French president’s declaration of war make Western Europe more of a target or less?
