Islamophobia, on which $200 million was spent between 2008 and 2013 in the US, is an industry run by Zionists, a fact the media is “afraid” to promulgate.
According to a report by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Center for Race and Gender at University of California, Berkeley, on June 20, the money is spent over promotion of "fear and hatred" of Muslims across the United States.
Doha-based state-funded broadcaster Al Jazeera also covered the report, saying, 74 anti-Islam groups had been exposed, including “feminist, Christian, Zionist and prominent news organizations, which either funded or fostered Islamophobia.”
Elephant in the room
According to Kevin Barrett, a founding member of Muslim-Jewish-Christian Alliance, CAIR and Al Jazeera have failed to highlight “the elephant in the living room” in their reports.
Speaking to Press TV on Saturday, Barrett described the report as “disturbing.”
“Al Jazeera pretends to be an Arab, Middle Eastern website with a different perspective than Western corporate media but if we look at the report on this, it’s very much indistinguishable from what you might get at somewhere between the CNN and the Guardian, or even the BBC,” said the Madison-based expert on political affairs.
Barrett supported the idea by citing how the Qatari news outlet has prioritized anti-Islam groups.
“That’s a gross distortion,” he noted. “The feminist movement should be at the end of the list and the Zionist movement should be very much at the forefront because this war propaganda on Islam and its $200-million industry means that denigrating Muslims is essentially the creation of the Zionist war on Islam.”
“Today, we have nearly two billion Muslims in the world and about 10 million Zionist Jews, who have essentially declared war against the two billion Muslims and in order to do so they’ve captured power in all of the biggest institutions.”
Islamophobia has recently peaked in the United States particularly by GOP presumed nominee Donald Trump, who has called for a ban on Muslims entering the country in his campaign for the 2016 presidential election.
The real estate mogul has been using attacks by Takfiri affiliates, including in Paris, San Bernardino, California, as well as Orlando, Florida, to promote the idea.
According to Dr. Barrett, war on Islam has “replaced the Cold War as the organizing principle of Western international policy and the PR launch for that war was, of course, the public relations stunt launched on September 11, 2001.”
Barrett referred to “other players,” benefiting from Islamophobia, including the military industrial complex, the banks, and Trump among other elements.
