North Korea begins rare party congress

North Korea began the first party congress in 36 years in the capital Pyongyang on Friday. The event is forecast to solidify the leadership of Kim Jong-un and further entrench his policies. This, as North Korea is under pressure from US-led sanctions. Press TV correspondent Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
