Man who filmed Israeli army killing receives death threats

The man, whose footage of the extra-judicial killing of a young Palestinian by the Israeli army went viral, says he’s receiving death threats.
Last week, Imad Abu Shamsiya took the video, which shows an Israeli trooper shooting an unarmed wounded Palestinian man at point-blank. He gave a copy of the video to rights group B'Tselem which immediately released it, triggering a widespread uproar. Abu Shamsiya says he was briefly detained by Israeli soldiers and forced to hand down the original copy to the army. Ever since, he has received numerous death threats on his cell phone. Israeli settlers also gathered outside his home and warned him about the consequences of his filming. Israeli police have told Abu Shamsiya that they'd protect him and his family from the settlers.
