Kerry, Lavrov discuss Syria crisis in Moscow

US Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov have met in Moscow to discuss the crisis in Syria and ways to come up with a political solution. Both top diplomats noted that the violence has largely been reduced since the implementation of a US-Russian brokered agreement aimed at cessation of hostilities in the country.
