Tractor Sazi edge past Al Jazira 1-0 in AFC Champions League
Iran's Tractor Sazi have edged past UAE’s Al Jazira 1-0 with the help of Bakhtiar Rahmani in Group C of the AFC Champions League on Wednesday.
The Iranian side who were playing away at Mohamad Bin Zayed Stadium were in control in the 1st half and took the lead in the 31st minute through Rahmani.
The striker rifled home a volley from a tight angle for the Iranian side to make it 1-0. Amir Ghalenoei 's men then held on to their advantage in the second half and didn't allow the UAE team to level the scoring as Tractor Sazi took all three points back to Tabriz.
