Indians accuse govt. of using old law to crush dissent

In India, the arrest of a student on sedition charges has sparked national controversy on a law which has been in place since the colonial era. The opponents of the law say the Indian government is using it as a tool to suffocate freedom of speech and voices of dissent. Our correspondent Munawar Zaman reports from New Delhi.
