South Korea and the United States have celebrated the moving of America’s navy base from Seoul to the country's second largest city Busan. The event comes as the two countries are promoting an image of a close alliance in response to North Korea’s recent satellite launch and nuclear test. Meanwhile, China has urged calm, amid rising tensions caused by the Washington-Seoul military build-up.
