Ugandans vote in general elections

Voters in Uganda have rushed to the polls in tight presidential and parliamentary elections as the ruling party, National Resistance Movement, faces a strong challenge from the opposition. As Our Uganda Correspondent Daniel Arapmoi reports, over a dozen polling stations are expected to re-cast their votes on February 19th over reports of malpractices.
