EU, Turkey lambasted over handling of refugee crisis

Turkey has long been accused of using the Syrian refugee crisis as a bargaining chip against the European Union. Experts at a conference in Brussels say traffickers operating in Turkey are not being hunted down because the refugee crisis is strengthening Ankara's negotiating position with Brussels.
