New Catalan leader presents cabinet

The new president of Spain’s Catalonia region has presented his new cabinet to the regional parliament. During his address to the parliament, Carles Puig-demont says his priority is to get a roadmap for independence from Spain. Catalonia’s parliament started the process of cessation two months ago after pro-independence parties won parliamentary elections in September. Kusai Kedri has filed this report from Barcelona.
