European Commission's President Jean-Claude Juncker rejects calls from EU legislators to resign over the bloc's handling of the Syrian refugee crisis. During a heated debate in the European Parliament, EU institutions were heavily criticised over their response to the growing humanitarian crisis in Syria and also over the way the Syrian refugees who have reached EU soil are being treated. Jerome Hughes reports from Brussels.
