4. Iraq asks the UN Security Council to adopt a resolution demanding an immediate withdrawal of Turkish troops from its soil. Ankara ignores calls for a pullout.
5. The UN expresses concern about the harassment of human rights defenders by Israeli authorities and settlers in the occupied Palestinian territory.
