Two Koreas meet for landmark talks

High-level government officials from North Korea and South Korea have met for negotiations on pending issues. The talks represent a shift in relations from August when the two states appeared near armed conflict. But as our correspondent Frank Smith reports, a hostile American policy toward Pyongyang still hampers the potential for peace.
