Islam and Globalization has been a widely debated topic for sometime. At the turn of the century Islam, found itself  in the center of the globalization process.

Commentators say this has had both positives and negatives associated with it. The positive being its allowing the message of Islam to spread faster and the negative being the globalization has presented a challenge to the Islamic identity.

This program tries to answer the following questions: What impact has globalization had on the Muslim world? Is Islamic culture being compromised as result of globalization? What have been the positive aspects of globalization on Islam? Has globalization created an identity crisis among Muslims?
