Use of pellet guns by Indian forces in Kashmir triggers condemnation

The use of pellet guns by Indian forces in Kashmir has drawn widespread criticism as the weapons have caused permanent disabilities among victims. Indian authorities argue that the guns are completely non-lethal. However, as our correspondent Shahana Butt reports, evidence on the ground has proven otherwise.
