France extends emergency state amid terror threats

  1. The French president reportedly plans to extend the state of emergency in France for at least three months in the wake of the deadly terror attacks in Paris.
  2. Leaders of the Group of twenty meeting in Turkey express concern about the growing flow of foreign militants into Syria and vow to tackle the financing channels of the terrorists.
